If you missed getting your Bus Rider sticker, Lifetouch will be here on Wed, Oct 7th before school & during lunches in the gym foyer. Get your RFID bus sticker so that drivers can ask you to swipe on and off the bus.
If you have not had your picture taken this year, if you need a 2026-27 student ID card, or you were not happy with your pictures and want a retake, make sure you get it done on Oct 7th. This is the final time Lifetouch will be on campus this school year!
Friday is an A-day and we will be on an Assembly Schedule. The Attendance Office will not accept calls or notes to excuse students from campus due to the assembly. If you have an appointment scheduled after 12:30 p.m., bring a note in the morning. We will not be able to deliver passes after 12:30 p.m.
IF YOU MUST RIDE a different bus home, you MUST have a note with parent/guardian permission, stating which route and the name of the person you are to ride with to the BOOKROOM before 1/5 block in the am.

“It’s Your Future Fair” - Oct 1 @ 5pm! Explore 60 tables of colleges & universities, military branches/ academies, employers & apprenticeships, and community organizations. Whatever you want to do after high school, there is something for you! All grades and families are welcome! Seniors can file for financial aid too.
The PSAT & SAT in OCTOBER! The PSAT is open to sophomores and juniors, and the SAT is open to seniors. To sign up, you need to pay your exam fee at ASB. The PSAT is $18, and the SAT is $68. There are reduced fees for those who qualify. Please see Mrs. Wood in the library if you have any questions.
The Sunnyslope Improvement Association is having its annual Huckleberry Event with carnival games, food and activities. They need volunteers and would love SKHS students’ help. It’s on Friday, Oct16th from 6-8pm @ Sunnyslope. For sign up or more information call 360-895-3395.
