ASB TEN COMMANDMENTS

 

  1. Coaches/Advisors/Staff will NEVER collect cash/check/money in any form from students for any reason.
  2. Coaches/Advisors/Staff who check out a Procurement card will never give the card to a student or parent to use for any reason.
  3. Never purchase gift cards. Ever. For any reason. EVER        
  4. Coaches/Advisors/Staff should never direct students to give a parent cash/check/money of any kind to organize a Senior Night, a t-shirt purchase, any purchase at all. Parents should not collect money on behalf of a team/club.
  5. Coaches/Advisors will run all purchases pertaining to their team through the ASB or athletics office. This includes Senior Night, t-shirt sales, etc.
  6. Coaches/Advisors will not order anything without receiving prior approval.
  7. Coaches/Advisors will have all fundraisers pre-approved before they advertise their event.
  8. Coaches/Advisors will not make reservations or commit to participate in an event BEFORE their overnight travel/field trip has been submitted & approved.
  9. Coaches/Advisors will not accept any donation or spend their own money on items that become school property without completing a monetary or equipment donation form & submitting to the ASB office.  
  10. Coaches/Advisors will provided detailed receipts of purchases made with the district Procurement Card.
