social distance

Although South Kitsap High School is still closed to the public, we want to provide an opportunity for students to turn in Chromebooks, athletic gear, textbooks, library books, as well to pay fines and fees, clear out lockers, and pick up any items left behind when the building closed last March.

During the week of June 15-19 students can come to the high school from 10 am to 2 pm

Name schedule:

Monday June 15 - last name A-E

Tuesday June 16 - last name F-L

Wednesday June 17 - last name M-S

Thursday June 18 - last name T-Z

Friday June 19 – Anyone who couldn’t come earlier in the week.

Wherever possible students should come alone to claim their own property.  Staff will be checking I.D.
A limited number of students will be allowed in the building at any one time.

Obviously these days may not work for everyone and this is why we are just suggesting them as preferred days in order to limit crowds forming by assigning days to the alpha-splits listed above.

All visitors must wear a mask and be committed to following social distancing guidelines in order for us to do this, so thank you ahead of time for following these guidelines.

Students should enter at our North entrance and will follow a route through the building to take care of any necessary tasks and will exit through the Mitchell Avenue entrance when complete. Maps will be provided and staff will be available to assist.

**Please note: our offices will be open to the public by appointment from June 22nd for anyone who cannot come in June 15-19 to attend to this, or if you need to hold onto Chromebooks etc. to complete schoolwork through June 19.   Call the main office at 360-874-5600 to schedule a time.

High school diplomas and yearbooks will not be available until July/August.  There will be more guidelines and information on when those will be available coming later.

Seniors and all Students that will not attend SKHS next fall, here is useful information about transferring your data from the student Google Drive. Also check whether things need to be copied off your U:/ drive, you will need to go into the Student Portal and download those items.
