1. GRADUATION STATUS
If you receive an Academic Concern letter in mid-May your graduation status may be at risk because you have a C- or lower in a class required for graduation and/or you still have lessons to complete in your High School & Beyond Plan.
What to do!
1. Beginning May 26: Pick up a pink Graduation Clearance form from your counselor. Get the form signed by your teachers and counselor once they confirm you will pass:
- All classes
- Schoolinks (High School & Beyond Plan)
2. Turn in the completed pink form to the Counseling Office to receive your graduation tickets
2. MANDATORY GRADUATION REHEARSAL
Friday, June 5 at 7:30 AM
· Wear your cap and gown, including tassel and stole to rehearsal.
· Seniors begin with a Senior Breakfast in the commons
· Attendance is required—Students who miss rehearsal cannot walk in graduation on June 6.
· Set an alarm and remind your friends!
3. WALK OF THE GRADUATES
After rehearsal, graduates will be bussed to the middle schools for the Walk of the Graduates.
· Participation is optional.
· Students return to the high school around 11:00 AM and should leave campus afterward
4. TICKETS
Prom and Graduation tickets will be withheld if you have unpaid fines or fees.
· Prom— Guest Forms available April 27. All Guest forms must be approved by school administrators and are due by 2:15pm Friday, May 15 in the main office. Seniors are permitted to bring one guest.
Tickets on sale May 11 through May 29 at 3pm. Tickets can be purchased by seniors only from the ASB office.
· Graduation— June 1—5 : Graduating seniors receive free tickets for the Tacoma Dome for family or friends.
Tickets will be available for pick up by graduates only from the Counseling office. Students must show their I.D. We do not release tickets to family or friends.
Free shuttle busses will run for students who need transportation to and/or from the Tacoma Dome.

5. MORE INFORMATION
GRADUATION BULLETIN— Look out for further communication regarding ‘day-of’ event logistics at the Tacoma Dome coming via ParentSquare and Email during May.
