Change Student Information
Need to change your student's address, phone number, emergency contacts or other info?
Parents may update their student's information by clicking "Skyward" in the Quick Links list at the top of the page. It will link you to Skyward Family Access where you will enter your LOGIN ID and PASSWORD. Forget your Login or password? There's a link to have it sent to you!
Click on "STUDENT INFORMATION" then "REQUEST CHANGES TO MY CHILD'S INFORMATION ."
No computer access? Parents may also print this FORM and return it to the Counseling Office. We will happily update your records. Please call if you have questions.
