Employee Participation in Booster Groups
- The definition of an employee, is any person who receives a paycheck from the South Kitsap School District.
- Employees should only be involved on their personal (non-staff) time.
- Employees can be members, but not officers, in a booster club. They cannot have check signing authority.
- Employees must not handle or secure funds generated by booster club fundraisers. As an example, employees could help with fundraisers but cannot collect money.
- Employees are not allowed to receive compensation directly from booster organizations.

FACILITY USE
All Facility Use Requests from Boosters & Community Groups must include a Certificate of Liability Insurance and Additional Insured Endorsement. The certificate holder should be: South Kitsap School District, 2689 Hoover Ave SE, Port Orchard, WA 98366
